Note: Pages 03 and 04 are not very large, in fact are almost useless.
The only reason they are here is so that we know that they exist. I cannot remember
for the life of me, who sent me these jpegs, but if you have them, can you rescan so that
the jpegs are larger. These are essentially thumbnails. Please let me know, thanks
